Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan)

Yeah, this is a pretty interesting anime (and the only one I've been able to watch recently). I wasn't brought into it by the constant fanboyism or because it's overrated, I was brought into it by someone who said it was pretty okay. It interested me, and so I watched it. I like it.

I'm not raving over it like some people, I don't demand a second season, I just think it's a pretty good anime.

I also like it for things like this.



So, yeah, basically discuss Shingeki no Kyojin here, give your feedback on it, etc.

I have the biggest love hate relationship with this show, the action scenes are pretty cool but that's about it. But I only found it hard to enjoy because the pacing is fucking terrible, they take years to do anything and when something awesome's about to happen BAM, cliffhanger, wait till the next episode bitch.

I mean, I did watch this while this was airing so I had to wait a whole week for the next episode which was obnoxious. But even so the pacing really is terrible if you think about it, they really did take years to do shit, and the outcomes aren't anything to get excited about.

And this show is practically like any other action anime except those shows have more going on and don't require you to wait a century. People are absorbed into this because of the small bits of action and the animation which is pretty good.

Ah sorry, I really wanted to bitch about this. It had potential, but it did not live up to it IMO

Isn't that precisely the reason why is it so perfectly?

If we get obnoxious with it means we really like the show, that's for sure. I might comprehend what you feel about waiting for the next episode as I had to wait a week or so as well, though. =P

What can I say about this anime, it's just so perfect, regardless of the crappy thick character outline it had. The main story was so deep and mysterious, with a touch of action and revenge thirst that really makes it one of my favorite anime from all I know.

I haven't been able to finish it entirely yet because I've been extremely busy lately, but I seemed to have made monsters for Dungeons & Dragons based on the titans themselves.

I have been planning to watch this for a long time. Still haven't gotten to it yet despite how successful it has been.
