Cool graphics, music and especially the level design was really good. I'm looking forward to your project!

This is a pretty good level, although NPCs seemed quite sparse, especially for a late world 5 level (though that could just be because of the slow-down I experienced during the level). It's kinda neat that you attached the cloud blocks to invisible, friendly Paratroopas, but if a Paratroopa is off-screened, however unlikely it may happen in the level, the block resets to its starting position and doesn't move (which may force the player to make large jumps). The midpoint also seems to be placed a bit too soon; I recommend moving it to the beginning of Section 4. However, the biggest flaw with the level is that the enemies have the same color as the tile-set and background objects, meaning they blend in too well; I ran face-first into the Boo at the end of Section 5 because it had moved in front of the broken pillar beside it, and there were many other times where I almost ran into a recolored enemy. If your chosen recolors blend in with the level too much, just use the vanilla graphics. Also, you may want to change how the level ends since the platform causes Mario to glitch through the slope a bit.

Oh, and there was a secret star, too. It was hidden okay, I guess.

Summary:
GOOD:
-Most graphics weren't terrible.
-Music fit the level well, but it was a bit short considering the level's length.
-Block placement was done nicely.
-Reverse-generating Tanooki Suit.

BAD:
--ENEMIES BLEND IN WITH THE LEVEL.
-Slightly imbalanced midpoint.
-Slope tiles have an incomplete black-border.

In conclusion: While the level does have a pretty big flaw, it's still a pretty good level overall. I'd say this deserves a 6/10.
