I'm not sure where to start....

Currently, I've made an episode ( Sort of), and It needs more work. I don't want it to be too difficult, or too easy. I want to use bosses from various Episode sources, but I'm not sure who to turn to. I also need some custom sprites done, to replace Mario. But I feel like I'm asking for too much already. I also need help my overworld map...I'm not really using my head. Maybe If I screenshot it, I can get feedback that will lead me on the right track.
