SMW Soilder koopas

Can someone maybe make the smw koopas into sort of soilder attire? and make it so that when you jump on them you just bounce off but they dont kill you?
as for how they look maybe make them look mad? but only the red ones

I wish i could do this for you but when i paint stuff it kinda messes up - but great idea though!

You should download "paint.net". It saves gif great and what I use.

Oh well FanofSMBX, i cant because i dont know how much memory it is, you see we have limited internet, and if we go over the usage and cant pay the bills our internet will be shut off.
