Here's a quick tip on how to make graphics which don't only get the feedback of "too bright for my eyes" or "the palette sucks".
- Before publishing your graphic, make sure it looks good. Look if the colours are far enough apart from each other, but don't have too much contrast. Check in-game if you can place vanilla graphics into the environment without making them clash.
-Simple hue changes should be avoided, as they won't maintain the correct "flow" of brightness in most cases.
-Refrain from using bright and oversaturated colours. You know what this lead to in the Ice Tileset thread which you made a few days ago.
If I see no improvement on your next topic, you should consider improving in silent and not spamming half-baked tilesets in here. You will only receive the same feedback over and over again. And let's face it - people aren't using half-baked tilesets if there are better ones out there (with the exception of joke levels).
