Banned People Being able to see their PM'S

Signing up for other forums is not the point.

If you're banned, that means you lost the privilege of being in the community. There's no "but we'll make an exception so you can see your PM's". That defeats the purpose of being banned. The displayed ban reason will (hopefully) let you know why you're banned.
