Well, it will be very difficult, because I can't find any MIDI file or even chords or notes for this piece. I only found a MIDI file that has a slightly different melody and isn't as orchestral. Well, I tried and filtered the keys out.

Expect the file to be online in about 15 minutes.
The track I found was called Objection (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations). Is this the right one?

Edit: It isn't the right one. There is not a single sheet or MIDI file of that song on the internet. Pretty awkward, but have another piece of music from the same game:

Yeah, sadly, it loosk like there aren't any MIDIs for it, but Objection! 2004 is also good.

Uuh, the thing is, I don't know.

I found the program at one of those old floppy disks in the basement. It just had an exe file called chiptuninfy.exe on it.
I still don't know where it's from, but it's working like a charm.
