Incomplete SMB3 playable Toadette

So I am in need of having a SMB3 Toadette graphics as a playable character that comes over Princess Peach but it isn't complete for no reason as far as I can see:

This hasn't been solved at the past with this request so I am gonna bring this back up.

I know that making playable characters are relatively difficult to make but I hope someone can do this at this time.
