SMB3 Recolored SMW Styled Metal Mario

If you curious, this is a BOSS. I need Metal Mario to cover both SMB Bowser and Ludwig. My Metal Mario needs visible red or purple eyes pupils with no white around it. Also, he needs to look angry, and ready to fight.

The hammers SMB Bowser throw needs to be replaced with Flaming Hammers or Mario's fireballs.
The flames SMB Bowser and Ludwig spits need to be replaced with Larger versions of Mario's fireballs
Ludwig's spinning shell sprite needs to replaced with him doing Mario Tornado, and when he jumps, it's the Mario's jumping animation.
The death effect sprite can be whatever pose you (the gfx creator) possible though I prefer a funny look on his face when he is KO'ed.

I know this is a lot to ask, but can someone help me out?
