The leves theme is brown and there's a monster that happens to be blue, should I turn him brown just because most of the gfx are brown?
The thing with levels now a days that piss me off is how everyone makes every single freaking thing in a level one single color.
NPCs are a different story
Imagine your going though a black and white castle, then at the mid-way point a shade of yellow comes from an alternate tileset, then green from a another tileset, then brown from another, it would look like cow turds.
the NPCs can stay the same unless you have ideas or something.

Except I had two different shades of brown and two different shades of green.

Exactly, two different shades of of a color don't really go together.
Like per say if there was a dark color of blue, and a light blue if you use it randomly all over the place it would look bad.
Edit: I'm gonna stop here I'm getting of topic.

Only the thwomps are by me. Also would have posted this earlier, if it weren't for the forum getting DDoS'd.
Honestly, the third one looks more like a glass thwomp.

These Thwomps look nice. I think the lava one could use a bit more shading, though.
No, we shouldn't be blaming Chad. You should probably do some shading for it to actually fit the Thwomp, and not just copy-paste the texture. Also, is it possible to make the lava animated? It would be interesting, but I haven't experimented with that in a while so I'm not sure.

His looks interesting, and I can not wait to see how may flaws I can find in he level! The main flaw I see is that it requires spin jumping! It looks extremely easy as well, even without the ability to hover! ^_*

You will see how incredibly difficult it gets... currently it is not that much to Show it here but that will be coming up at the later times once it has been released.
But still, level looks pretty interesting. What do the skull boxes replace? Because it seems like you have to go down them somehow.
As reghrhre said it was made by him and you can find it in his graphic pack. And about the skull boxes, you can actully blow them up by tossing bombs at them. Also thanks for the nice comment reghrhre.
