Full SMA4 Peach playable

Did anyone make a complete playable Peach based on her Super Mario Advance 4 sprite? As in, with a real tanooki suit, hammer suit, etc.

I just want to know because if no one did that, I'm planning on doing it, that's why I'm not posting in Graphic Requests.

I know someone did start one, though I'm not sure if it is finished. Let me see if I can find it.

It isn't finished, as Bomb Peach is just a recolor. Though it does include all forms.

I have it. It's not finished. I might use it as a base so I don't start from scratch, though. Does anyone know if the author still shows up sometimes and if he would be bothered if I messed around with his work?
