The popular forum game that separates the good from the bad, the strong from the weak, and the loose-cannon cops from the slightly schizophrenic. That's all after we figure out who's who, of course.

M#: I Am Mread
An "I Am Bread" themed Mafia game.
Gameplay:
20 players
Cardflip
Regular Lynching
The Obstacles
Floor: The thing all players of IMB hate the most. If the Floor dies, he can choose someone to die with him. (Vengeful Mafioso)
Ants: 99% of players think this is pepper and end up losing a lot of edibility. (Godfather)
Bulldog Clips: These stupid things stick to the player's bread all the time and frustrate the hell out of them. Can cling on to someone of their choosing each night and make them unable to use their ability. (Consort)
Sink: This obstacle REALLY pisses off players in that it can basically insta-kill your bread. Can kill someone independent of the Mafia's kill vote each night. (Assassin) He can kill Bread regardless of if Bread is being protected or not. (Strongman)
Winning Conditions: Must outnumber The Helpful Objects and kill Bread.
The Helpful Objects
Jelly Jar: Can cover a player with jelly and figure out their color each night. (Sheriff)
Stick of Butter: Can cover a player with butter and make them unable to use their ability each night. (Escort)
Knife: That thing right next to the loaf in the first level that no one pays attention to. Can chop up someone each night. If he chops an innocent, he loses his ability for one night. If he chops up Bread, he loses his ability forever. (Vigilante)
Jam: Although I'm pretty sure this isn't really in the game, it will assume the role and color of the Jelly Jar should the Jelly Jar die. (Deputy)
Skateboard: Is usually a huge help to the player. *If he successfully figures out who Bread is, Bread gains an extra chance to figure out who Toaster is. (Original Role)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Random object: Has no special abilities. (Townie)
Ironing Board: The poor man's version of the toaster. *If Bread figures out who he is, Bread gains a chance to figure out who Toaster is. (Original role + Miller)
Toaster: The Holy Grail of the kitchen. If Bread figures out who he is, and Bread is successful in becoming toast, The Helpful Objects automatically win. (Original Role)
Winning Conditions: Must kill all the Obstacles or have Bread figure out who Toaster is.
The Bread
Bread: His life-time goal is to find the Toaster and turn himself into toast. He gets only one chance (unless *certain conditions* are met) to figure out who Toaster is (He has infinite chances to figure out who Ironing Board is, however). If he guesses correctly, he must then request to visit Toaster and become toast the next night without dying. If he successfully becomes toast, The Helpful Objects win the game. Something interesting though, if he uses up all his guesses, he will, of course, not be able to become toast, but from then on. his lynch votes will count twice. (Original Role + Doublevoter)
Other Notes: All guesses are made by PMing the host with the guess. If you are completely inactive for two phases in a row, you will be replaced by a substitute.
So...what can I fix?

- Every night phase, starting on Night 2, the Wolf may bite another player. This will turn that player into a wolf. Wolves do not kill at night. Only the first wolf has the ability to bite, and that ability is lost when that wolf dies.
- Each human is equipped with one potion that they may use during one night phase, which will kill a player if they are a wolf (no effect if used on a human). Humans lose their potions upon being bitten by a wolf. If multiple players use their potions during a single night phase, the player who receives the potion will be randomized. Therefore, only one player will receive a potion per night phase.
- Bites take priority over potion usage.
- Players cardflip upon death.
This game is meant to test players' abilities to lie, interrogate, deduce, and gain evidence with less leads.

I thought it was just a joke game when I saw one red and the rest no-ability townies, but when I looked at the game's gimmick, it looks like a really cool and unique game. Nice job!

Thanks! I figure a simpler game would work after the current one, and I think it can help build up our skills.

This is a WIP game, it's still in development and I don't know how well it will work.
Trial by Jury
At the start of the game, the defendant is found to be either guilty or innocent via a random number generator. One player (the witness) will receive evidence for the defendant being either guilty or innocent. At the start of the game, the identities of the Judge, Defendant, and Prosecutor are revealed. They cannot be lynched until the jury agrees which one is guilty. If the Defendant is innocent, the Prosecutor will be guilty and vice versa.
Judge - Once he comes to a decision on the Defendant's guiltiness, he can declare the game over either in favor of the Defendant or the Prosecutor, but only if the jury agrees. He cannot be lynched.
Defendant - Works against the Prosecutor. His goal is to get the Prosecutor lynched. If he's innocent, the Prosecutor is guilty. He cannot be lynched unless the jury agrees.
Prosecutor - Works against the Defendant. His goal is to get the Defendant lynched. If the Defendant is guilty, the Prosecutor is innocent. He cannot be lynched unless the jury agrees.
Witness - He is the only one who knows if the Defendant is guilty or innocent.
Juryman - They work to decide if the defendant is guilty or innocent.

I decided to waste an hour adding images.
M#: (Not) Any Colour You Like
20 Players

Mafia Aligned:
 - Stalker - Can visit a user and fully learn their role.
 - Saboteur - Can visit a user and will rig the user's vest or gun to malfunction
 - Fabricator - Can give a user a fake Vest or Gun
 - Paralyzer - Can choose to cancel any lynch for a day. Only can be used once.

Town Aligned:
 - Sheriff
 - Nurse - Same thing as Doctor
 - Vigilante - Loses power for one night they kill a town aligned user.
 - Gunsmith - Can give a user a Gun
 - Blacksmith - Can give a user a bulletproof Vest
 - Dreamer - Has a dream about 1 innocent user or 3 users: One is town, one is cult, one is mafia.
 - Penguin - Tells a user a random message about a random user.
 - Villager x5
Third Party:
 - Creepy Girl - Gives a user a doll. If that user doesn't give the doll by the end of the next phase, they die. If a user dies by a doll, the creepy girl hands one out again.

Cult:
 - Warlock - Picks a user each night. If the warlock chooses two users who die later, the cult wins
 - Lyncher - Is chosen one user at the beginning of the game. If that user is lynched, the cult wins
 - Fool -Cult wins if lynched by end of phase (not by insta).
Info:
-As shown, each cult member has special powers that can pull the cult a victory. They do not drag the game along if all mafia die as they default win with whatever side is remaining if they don't win themselves.
-Creepy Girl default wins with either remaining side.
-A player pms the host who they will give the doll to. That play then has the end of the next phase to give it up, and so on.
-If a player receives a gun, they can shoot and kill someone during the day with the risk of being exposed. If given a gun by Fabricator, the gun might explode and kill them, and the Saboteur visit will cause the gun to explode on them.
-If a player is given a vest, they can survive one shot before the vest wears off. Vest given by fabricator or rigged by saboteur will not protect, however.

Mushrooms and Turtles
You should expect what the Mafia is about judging from the title. In case you don't know, it's a Mario Mafia, which makes sense due to this being a Smbx forum.
Colors are a bit different here. Green and red are swapped.
Players: 20
THE GOAL:
The Toads have to lynch all of the Koopas and avoid having the Princess be Kidnapped.
The Koopas have to Kidnap the Princess, or if she is dead, lynch all of the Toads.
Whenever the princess gets kidnapped by Bowser, she dissapears and is assigned to any Koopa. when that Koopa is lynched, instead of being out of the game, the Princess is freed and comes back.
Basically, when Peach gets kidnapped, she dissapears from the game, and the Mushroom Kingdom has 5 days and nights in order to choose the right koopa. If 5 days and nights pass, then the koopas win. The koopa who is lynched gets 2 days and nights out of the game, and their name is not displayed. When the person comes back, they are disguised as a toad, and their name will be red. After 5 days, they will come out of their disguise and their name will turn green. Their role will then change to a Koopa and another Koopa will take over the role they previously had.
KOOPAS:
Bowser: King of the Koopas. When a Toad is lynched and he voted on that Toad, then the Princess gets kidnapped. Know's the roles of all koopas.
Bowser Jr.: Bowser's son. Takes Bowser's role after he is lynched.
Kamek: A magical Koopa wizard. Can change a player's color.
Dark Koopa: A special kind of Koopa. When lynched, takes a player down with him.
Hammer Bro.: One of the most Powerful Koopa soldiers. Can double lynch a player.
Koopa: Normal townspeople of the Koopa Kingdom. There are 5 of them.
MUSHROOM KINGDOM:
Princess Peach: Ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. Can vote twice unless kidnapped. All Mushroom Kingdom inhabits know her role.
Mario: Hero of the Mushroom Kingdom. Can save someone from being lynched.
Luigi: Mario's Brother. Can give a power-up to one person per day.
Yoshi: A dinosaur from Yoshi's Island. Can eat someone's power-up to remove it from the game.
Kooper: An friend of Mario. Cardflips green.
Toad: Normal Townspeople of the Mushroom Kingdom. There are 5 of them.
POWER-UPS:
You can use one power-up per. day and night. Everyone starts with one and more can be obtained though Luigi. Max at a time is four.
 Mushroom: Changes a player's color.
Poison Mushroom: Reveals a player's color. Can't be telled apart from a Mushroom.
Fire Flower: Lets you do 2 votes.
Starman: Makes you immune to lynches.
1-up Mushroom: Removes a vote from you.
3-up Moon: Removes 3 votes from you.
Super Leaf: Reflects a lynch back at a random person who voted.
? Block: Random effect from any other power-up except for Brick Block.
Brick Block: Same as a ? Block, except it can break 50% of the time.
Golden Mushroom: Extremely Rare, revives a player of your choice.

The power-ups are a nice idea but they seem overly complex. The kidnapping concept is also a bit confusing. Nice idea though.

M#: Prison Secrets
A prison/jail-themed Mafia game that uses factions (for once).
Story:
Recently it was discovered that an escape was being plotted in the Joey Correctional Facility, and thus, five undercover agents were sent by an unknown organization to figure out who is trying to escape, as well as a private detective hired by the prison staff. The prison staff (and private detective), undercover agents, and five prisoners suspected of plotting an escape each work towards different goals in the jail. Who will come out on top? Vote for this game to find out!
Gameplay:
15 players
Faction Game
Cardflip
Regular Lynching
New(ish) Terms:
-Solitary: "Place in solitary" is basically lynching in this game. Placing a prisoner in solitary takes them out of the game permanently. This does not apply to guards, for reasons stated later on.
-KO: When a player is knocked out, or KOed, they are out of play, but not forever. The KOed player will stay KOed for three phases. When a player is KOed, it is not announced in the thread.
-Fire: Guards and Agents can get fired from their jobs under certain conditions, removing them from play permanently. See below for more details.
-Out of play: Basically, an out of play player can't post in the thread or use abilities. However, PMing is allowed because the honor system doesn't work.
Note: When a player is put in solitary or fired, their color is revealed.
Factions:
Faction 1: The Agents
All agents know who the other agents are. Agents can be put in solitary and/or fired.
Agent Snitch: This agent can tell a player about the whereabouts (role usage) of another player. This agent can choose who to tell and who to tell about.
Agent Tamper: This agent can tamper with the items of another player (prevent them from using their ability or items) each night. However, this agent is unfortunately blind and won't know who he's tampering the items of.
Agent Fighter: This agent can choose to KO a player each night. However, there is a 25% chance that if he KOs a player, his color will be revealed.
Agent Medic: This agent can choose to revive a player from a KO each night with his secret stash of pills.
Agent Orange: This agent is a professional actor and for that reason cardflips orange, like the other prisoners. His solitary vote also counts twice.
Winning Conditions: They must figure out who the Escapist is and have him KOed on Night 9 without getting discovered by the Staff. You'll see what I mean later.
Faction 2: The Prisoners
None of the regular prisoners know who the other prisoners are.
Escapist: This is the one prisoner that has developed an escape plan, and will be able to escape on Night 9. If he is not KOed or in Solitary on Night 9, he will escape.
Tattletale: Being the suck-up that he is, he can tell a player about the whereabouts (role usage) of another player. This prisoner can choose who to tell and who to tell about. He cardflips red because the other prisoners hate his snitch-like qualities.
Thug: He can choose to KO a player each night. However, there is a 25% chance that if he KOs a player, his color will be revealed.
Merchant: He can sell a player an item each night, including the staff and agents. The item can be chosen, but the player is picked at random. Items are listed below the role list.
Bunk-mate: The bunk-mate is randomly assigned to another prisoner or agent at the beginning of the game. The person he is assigned to will know he got assigned the bunk-mate. The bunk-mate's trustworthiness also causes his vote to count twice.
Winning Conditions: The Escapist must escape for the Prisoners to win, because the Escapist will be able to help the other prisoners escape afterward (these extra escapes are not part of the game, and are only for story purposes).
Faction 3: The Staff
All players know who the Staff are at the beginning of the game (and can therefore be manipulated by the prisoners and agents alike). They cannot be put in solitary, but like agents, they can be fired.
Warden: The Warden is the head of the jail, therefore causing his solitary vote to count twice. He is unable to accept items from the Merchant.
Guard: The guard can choose to KO someone with his baton each night. However, if he KOs an agent, he is automatically fired.
Chef: Each night, the Chef can chose to give a prisoner a nasty meal and make them unable to use their ability that night OR give a prisoner an delicious meal and let them use their ability twice that night.
Job Office Manager: Each night, the JOM can choose to give a prisoner a job, silencing them the next day and making their solitary vote not count. HOWEVER, the prisoner given the job will be immune to Solitary the same day.
Private Detective: The private detective was hired by the staff of the prison to investigate the escape plot, unwary of the five undercover agents' arrival. The Private Detective can inspect a prisoner each night and learn their color.
Winning Conditions: It just so happens that a previous riot had lead to the escape of five prisoners who had been arrested for breaking and entering, grand theft auto, extortion, illegal gambling, and many more burglary and money-related crimes. The Staff's goal is to "accidentally" place all the agents in solitary. Oh, and of course they need to prevent the escapist from escaping too.
Items:
The merchant can sell any of the following things:
Pills: A player can swallow pills on a night, preventing them from getting KOed. The player must swallow the pills BEFORE they get KOed for it to work.
Contraband: A player who has Contraband can give the Contraband to another prisoner each night without the other person knowing. Players who have contraband will have their color revealed the next morning, including the player who was given contraband by the merchant if they forget to give it away. Does not work on staff members.
Bribe Item: Can only be given to Staff members. The staff member must accept the bribe, and if he does, the staff member's lynch vote will count thrice (three times) the next day. However, if the staff member accepts the bribe, there is a 50% chance that they will be caught and fired.
Weed: The very item the Merchant got arrested for selling. The player can choose to smoke the weed any night. If they do, they won't be able to use their ability, but they can't be KOed (because they're already kinda knocked out, in a way). However, any player that chooses to smoke the weed has a 50% percent chance of getting caught and fired/put in solitary.
This game is a major work in progress, especially the colors, so please say what needs to be fixed. PLEASE!

MX: Phoenix Wright: Ace Mafia
18 Players
A game that combines some Phoenix Wright characters. Also, spoilers.
Rules:
Every time someone dies at night, either the true killer or another random user that’s not from the killer’s party get accused. If a party decides to kill someone as their night kill together, the one who will get accused is randomly chosen between them.
Four other witnesses get randomly chosen. If the defendant isn’t the killer, the true killer is among them.
There’ll also be evidence for each case. Some airs at the start of the trial, but other might come randomly later in the trial or is found by the prosecution or defense.
Each night everyone from the prosecution or defense can search for evidence instead of using their power. They’ll always find exactly one piece of evidence. This evidence will get presented the next day.
Certain roles can forge evidence. They just send what kind of evidence exactly they wanna get forged, and it’ll get forged. If the forging gets found out, the one who forged it will die.
Trials can last up to 3 days. During a trial, night kills can’t get executed.
More than half the roles need to vote for someone to die for him to get killed if it’s the defendant or one of the witnesses. If it’s someone not involved in the case, more than 75% of the votes are needed.
Unless it’s the 3rd day of the trial, people can vote for “No judgement”. If more than 25% of the votes the votes are for this, the trial will last another day, regardless of the other votes. Players can also vote for “Not Guilty” instead of a player so no one dies and the trial ends. If there is equal votes on two players, the trial will last another day. If it’s the 3rd day of the trial, it will get decided by a knife-in-the-box.
It’s the defense’s goal to prove the defendant “Not Guilty” and the prosecution’s goal to prove him “Guilty”. If they manage to do this, any powers can be used on two different users the next night. Layton finds three pieces of evidence.
Every character has no mood, no special mood reactions or a mood that is inside their role description. These can be found out by Athena Cykes or Simon Blackquill.
Whenever “won’t be able to talk” is mentioned, it also affects PMs, irc or any other communication methods.
If multiple users get killed on one night, the trials will get held at the same time, and everything works the same, but every lynch vote has to have the trial number in it (like Trial 2.1 and Trial 2.2). Also, anyone who got accused can't get accused or a witness in the other trial.
Trial outlines will be thought out by me and maybe someone else who wants to volunteer.
Innocent people, defense and prosecutors work together against the Mafia and The Phantom.
Villains:
Florent L’Belle:
Can spray his parfume into someone’s face, rendering whatever he does that night useless.
Damon Gant:
Being the Chef of the police, no one expects him to be evil. If he gets accused without reasoning, the one who accused him dies the end of the day. Mood: Happy.
Redd White:
Being the chef of the information-selling company Bluecorp, he can get information on someone each night. He gets the color and all the users this user visited.
Manfred von Karma:
Many still think that he’s a prosecutor. Every night during a trial, he can forge one piece of evidence.
Frank Sahwit:
Doesn’t have any special powers.
Defense Attorneys:
Phoenix Wright:
He can visit a user each night to find out his color.
Apollo Justice:
Using his magic bracelet, he gets the name of one random user who lied the day prior.
Athena Cykes:
Using her Mood Matrix, she can visit someone every night to find out his mood. Mood: Happy
Hershel Layton:
Whenever he searches evidence, he finds two pieces.
Prosecutors:
Miles Edgeworth:
He can visit a user each night to find out his color.
Franziska von Karma:
She can whip someone every night. That user will be unable to talk the next day because of the pain.
Godot:
He can give a user coffee that’s so strong, they won’t die that night.
Simon Blackquill:
Having been accused of murder for a long time, everyone still thinks he’s evil. He can use his psychology skills to find out the mood of a user. Mood: Surprised
Innocent people:
Larry Butz:
When something smells, it’s usually the Butz. Mood: Happy
Jinxie Tenma:
Can visit a user every night to find out if he’s a demon (aka cardflips red) or not. Once in the game, she can use a warding charm on a user so he can’t die. Mood: Afraid
Dzibilchaltunchunchucmil:
Being a vigilante, he’s able to kill someone every night outside of a trial. If he kills someone innocent, the chance of him getting accused is 75%. All votes on him have to have his name written the exact right way, or else everyone who voted this way won’t be able to do anything the following night and day. Mood: Surprised
Maya Fey:
She can use the channeling technique to pick any deceased user that died on a night. She then gets the name of one user who visited him on the night of death. She won’t be able to talk the following day.
Third Party:
The Phantom:
Can kill a user every night. The chance of him getting accused for the murder is 25%. He can either choose a color or a mood every night, and he’ll be displayed like this for this night. Mood: None

Can we tone it down with the usage of pictures? It's great that you guys are being creative but it's kind of an inconvenience.
As for Nickname's game...whoa. I've never played Phoenix Wright. This looks really complex. How will the trial mechanic work?

Someone will be accused, and everyone votes for him. What's special is that Defense Attorneys/Prosecutors benefit from the accused getting voted/not voted. The evidence will probably get removed in the final version, it makes it too complex. The witnesses will also get removed, so it's not based on the trials, but actual suspicions.

Is this okay, or should I do something more simple for M16?
M16 - Super Smash Mafia
New Terms
Brawl - Each night, two players are selected to brawl eachother. When two players are selected to brawl, the one with the highest Level will win. If the level difference is between 1 and 4, the loser will be roleblocked. If the difference is 5 or more, the loser will die. If the contenders are both the same level, nothing will happen. At the beginning of the night phase, players are told that they are going to brawl with a player. They are told who their opponent is. A powerup can be used passively during these brawls, raising or lowering the possessor's level.
Powerup - An item given by Mario or Luigi. They will temporarily raise or lower a user's level until the user is engaged in a brawl. Each player can carry two powerups at one time. A list of powerups resides at the bottom of the post.
The Villans
Win Conditions - Wins when they equal or outnumber the Heroes and only one Pokemon remains.
Discusses on who to kill each night. One of the Villans will PM me on who they agreed to kill.
Bowser (Level 10) - Can kill a user by himself every other night. If Bowser Jr. dies, Bowser will cardflip green for the rest of the game.
Donkey Kong (Level 8) - Can roleblock a user every night.
Gannondorf (Level 8) - Can silence a user until the next night phase. He can use this each night.
Bowser Jr. (Level 5) - Cardflips green.
The Heroes
Win Conditions - Wins when all the Villans are dead and only one Pokemon is alive.
Mario (Level 7) - Can give two users a random powerup each night.
Luigi (Level 6) - Assumes Mario's role and color if Mario dies.
Link (Level 7) - Can kill a player each night. If he kills an innocent or Pokemon, he loses his ability for a night.
Zelda (Level 5) - Can save a player from dying each night.
Olimar (Level 6) - Can inspect a player each night and learn their color.
Sheik (Level 7) - Immune to nightkills. When Zelda dies, Sheik will cardflip green for the rest of the game.
Pikmin (Level 2) - No special abilities.
Pikmin (Level 2) - No special abilities.
Pikmin (Level 2) - No special abilities.
Pikmin (Level 2) - No special abilities.
Pikmin (Level 2) - No special abilities.
Orange Pikmin (Level 3) - Cardflips orange. Does not know he is the Orange Pikmin.
Red Pikmin (Level 4) - Cardflips red. Does not know he is the Red Pikmin.
The Pokemon
Win Conditions - The game does not end until only one Pokemon remains. That Pokemon will win with either party. They will also win if they are the last living party.
Greninja (Level 8) - Can change his color once throughout the game.
Jigglypuff (Level 5) - Lynch vote counts as two.
Lucario (Level 10) - Always wins brawls, and will always kill the opponent even if the level difference is below 5.
Powerups
Mushroom - +1 level
Super Leaf - +2 levels
Back Shield - +3 levels
Metal Box - +5 levels
Starman - +8 levels
Poison Mushroom - -1 level
Smart Bomb - -2 levels

Anyhoo, the concept is nice, if a bit overly complex. It could work well, though.

Wow you stole my idea :P
Looks good though, it's pretty different from my idea for a Smash Mafia.

So would you rather play that, Disguised Deathmatch, or something simple? I want to know what I should submit for M16.
