I think there's already a General Guy that replaces Mouser in the NEW SMBX CGFX Pack.

Replaces:SMW ludwig
Description:He throws spike balls at you(similar to the ones spikes spit out but bigger)and then he walks a bit and jumps into his shell like ludwig does.
2nd boss
name:Roy koopa
Type:NPC
Replaces:SMW ludwig
Description:He breaths purple fire at you and then he walks a bit and jumps into his shell
