I think Safety might be our best option for now, unless someone has some evidence.

Lynch Nien.
If I'm wrong you can lynch me tomorrow and I'll put up no defense, but I am 100% sure that he is Redigit. I have given another member who I knew to be safe proof of this, but I won't name them yet unless they don't want to come forward with this proof and risk becoming a target.

As of now, Safety is our best option.

Quick note: "safety" is not a vote. You must vote for someone or you risk getting a phantom, as per the rules.

About all the last games had Safety votes as a random vote.

I'm serious, lynch Nien. There could be absolutely no motive for me to outright to tell you to lynch Nien at risk of my own life if I was lying. If I was Admin/Level Judge it wouldn't be worth kamikazing to get one random person lynched, and it can't even be that I'm trying to get the Nien (role) lynched in order to claim reputation, since I said he's the Redigit which cardflips yellow.

If you random lynch you might kill someone you need to.
If you lynch Nien you will definitely uncover someone as even if Nien wasn't Redigit (which he is), my reputation rests on this meaning I'd be exposed as someone to lynch.

Okay, sorry for the confusion. I don't like random lynch voting, though, because it discourages detective work.
Please go back to voting for real players. To reiterate the rules:
To vote, simply post the player's name in bold red (failure to do so may result in your vote not being counted). You are allowed to change your vote (post again with a different player's name), but you cannot retract it.

How much detective work do you think we can do on Night 1? We're not going to get phantoms just because nobody is suspicious.

I think Safety votes (or any votes that don't cause th eplayer to vote for someone specific just to be active) are not all that bad. I also don't really know since it's been seen as a given for the last few rounds prior. If it really isn't allowed, I'll forbid Safetys.
I actually favor lynch votes for Nobody over Safetys since they are less risky, but Safety has been such an ongoing tradition I didn't quite wanna break it.

Well, I'd rather take Igno's word for that instead of having a random, potentially innocent person lynched. (As of now the chances of lynching someone innocent are 3:2, so I'd rather save those safety votes for more difficult times.) Sorry Nien if you're one of us, but well, if you're not Redigit, then Igno will have some 'splainin' to do.

I guess we should go for Nien. If he's innocent, we know Ignoritus ain't that innocent.

Maybe not Night 1 so much, but Day 1 is good for detective work.
To clarify: safeties themselves (i.e. "I'll put a safety on Choco", because you don't have any leads and want to not get a phantom so you'll put a vote on someone who won't get lynched) are not against the rules. I was putting a stop to simply saying " Safety" because that doesn't harbor discussion.

Changing vote from Safety to Nien.
