That sure is one devilish Boo you have there. I've never seen one like this before and it does look good. There are 1x1 pixels, but you said to ignore that, so I'm assuming that is just because of the uploaded image. I think the only thing I would suggest with this graphic, would be to remove the weird circle of grey around the Boo's eyes (hiding from Mario frame). It doesn't look right in my opinion. Overall, it is a nice graphic though regardless.

When I first read, I thought of Youkai because of Japanese.

Even if you don't remember, by not giving credit you imply it was completely made by you. You could've just said "someone else originally made this".

To be fair, I could list quite a number of graphics submitted to this community (and is most blatantly seen in the CGFX) by other people who are credited and must be mandatorily credited in order to use graphics found by ripping data from obscure SNES or GBA game.
