SMW Miniature Smashing Pillar

I would like a smaller variant of the giant crushing pillar from Super Mario World, with the same dimensions as a vertical pipe piece. I'd like it to replace the SMB3 Thwomp, and for the extensions to replace the green vertical SMB1 pipe piece, block-197.
