My request is Chief Chilly from super mario 64 ds which replacing bully.
Size: 3×3 blocks (if 1 goomba is 1×1 block)

Oh and can make a regular Chilly Bully too? (replacing bully too but its just other graphics compared to a normal bully)

I don't understand. You can't have 2 different GFX changing the same NPC in the same level.
