Can someone fix this tileset for me?

I sprited a custom tileset, but I'm having a bit of trouble after coming back to SMBX after a long time. I've made an image with all the blocks together, can someone please rip it and replace the default SMW grass with it?

Although this is an old post, do you still need these gfx? I can fix them if you still need them.
