Being honest, I think world 1 simple and without much news. But the world 2 screens are amazing, these levels look really good.
This EP is still active?

I'm not doing anything with SMBX right now, so if I get back into it, I'll probably continue.

The world 1 demo was posted like, a year ago. On SMBX: Revived. You might even find it there if you're lucky, but I'm not gonna repost it here.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/9eyop ... t+Star.zip
https://www.sendspace.com/file/ffrf3r
The download for pretty much everything I've finished from this episode so far. Didn't work on it for like, four or five months, and now I'm planning to come back to it. I'm planning to almost completely change it though (I'll keep the levels the same), and it will use a worldmap, so if anyone knows some awesome map gfx, please let me know.

Also note that this actually isn't the newest version of this project, just the version I had on my laptop. I got the newest version on my computer which I can't access right now. LunaDLL is only required to play the challenges, but I included two lvls that can be accessed from the main hub, and each of them has 21 stars in it so you will be able to make up for it.

This really isn't an actual demo since I didn't really test it. I took a quick look at it and noticed a lot of grammar and graphic errors, so I hope you won't judge this project by that, because it's not really good. Still, I don't mind if you report any errors, maybe I didn't even notice some of them.

Sorry about that, I'll promise a real Demo 2 to come out soon.

What site would you recommend? Only other uploading sites I can think of right now are filesmelt (which doesn't work for whatever reason) and sendspace (which sucks). Yeah, doing nothing SMBX-relevant for almost a half year really makes you forget that stuff.

Sendspace or Dropbox is good for me, because I think the others users don't have problem with Mediafire.

This project looks good, i'll probably play it. The bramble level looks pretty good and challenging.
Do you plan to have a sunken ship level with Lockjaw's Saga, a castle with Krook's March and a boss battle with Boss Bossanova? :D I'm a DK fan but not a fanatic.

off: I like all musics in DKC2, but mostly these ones (i don't know why people like 'In a snow bound land' so much)
Snakey Chantey
Boss Bossanova
Haunted Chase
Mining Melancholy (it's a common music in SMBX episodes)
Stickerbrush Symphony
Krook's March (it's common too but not as common as Mining Melancholy)
Lockjaw's Saga
Jib Jig
note: it's not order, because that would be really hard

Already did this. Screenshots are in the main post, I used the TF version though, because that one is actually even better than the original.

I'm going to use that one, I just love In a Snow bound land. Sounds too beautiful.

Might use it.

Can't find a good use for it.

overused

Used it in the bramble level

Can't find a good use for it. I don't think I can make a Pirate Ship level for this episode unfortunately.

Might use some DKC1 and DKCR themes, otherwise. Most of those I'll use will probably be from DKCTF though, because no matter how nostalgic the DKC1-3 OSTs were, I'll have to admit that David Wise topped those masterpieces with DKCTF. So stuff like Seashore War, Amiss Abyss and Homecoming Hijinx will definitely be used, because they are just awesome.

Also shinbison, currently uploading it on sendspace because too lazy to register on dropbox.

Sorry Kyo, but isn't necessary, because I could download in my tablet XD

PS: Great project, the graphics are awesome, I love the new "mechanics" in the levels. This project have a nice level design, the gimmicks are very well done. Also, I did a bramble scramble's level, but your style is very well done, i love the barrels ( My level is based in platform style, and sorry the "off"). The first world seems simple, but have a great gameplay, because of the exploration of itens, coins , star. Great job! (Sorry my bad english)

Rattle battle? The ship level where you had to turn into Rattly with green sky. Remix of the Gangplank galleon from the first game.
I'm glad you're going to use Boss Bossanova, that's an underrated song in the game imo.

Also do you plan to have 'Flight of the Zinger'? (true I didn't love that music just liked)
From first game, I like Aquatic Ambiance, Gangplank Galleon/King K. Rool and DK Island Swing/Jungle Hijinxs the most

Also, would you like an idea of having some levels from my episode, Peach's Cursed Palace. Only thing you'd need to give credit before the level name.

Ohh, that one. But yeah again, fits best in a pirate ship level, and I don't have space for one.

I like it a lot, might use it. Need to find a good use for it. And Aquatic Ambiance is WAY TOO overused. The only overused theme I'm probably going to use is Fear Factory, because that one is my favorite track from the DKC trilogy.

never had a ps2 so prob won't use any sorry.

Next to DKC/Kirby/Xenoblade I'll probably spam some anime tracks. Some of them fit better in SMBX than you'd think.
