Level Design: 16/20
The level design was well done overall; the level was pretty fun to play through from start to finish and it had some neat obstacles. It had a nice variety of enemies and gimmicks, such as the Torpedo Teds.
The only complaints I have are that the enemy placement in the first section was slightly odd; while some areas are very open and have few enemies, others don't have much space for the player to maneuver through and have way too many enemies around.
The other one is that I didn't really like the boss battle; it felt a bit too bland and repetitive, and the player has to wait a lot to kill it, specially if you get 'stuck' with the boss. Other than that, the level was pretty neat and fun to play through.
Atmosphere: 8/10
The level's watery atmosphere was executed very well; everything was recolored appropriately and the music fit very well with the theme.
The only problems are that some areas don't have much decoration when compared with the others (e.g. the underwater ones), and some of the recolors looked a bit weird, such as the SMW cave tiles and the Dragon Coins.
Score: 8/10 - Approved
Other than the few problems I mentioned, this level was very well made and fun to play through; polish it some more and it will get a higher score.
