Quoted from the Wiki, with updates.

The Adventures of Knux is a webcomic series created by Knuckles96 in 2011. Focusing heavily on the SMBX community, its user base and events, it became a well-known and popular webcomic amongst forum members. Over 800 episodes have been produced with 21 cartoonists, and their contributions have made a notable impact on SMBX community culture.

Set in qigsville [on Valtteri Island], the series' main protagonists are Knux, Ace, qig, and Valtteri - with many secondary characters that often have their own storylines. The comic often pokes fun at real forum events and incidents, mostly with a slapstick-esque take.

History

Knuckles96 had created several webcomic series between 2010 and 2011, although none of them lasted long. An early webcomic, The Adventures of Kyasarin lasted roughly seven episodes, although only one exists.

60 episodes were produced in 2011, with the help of cartoonists FireSeraphim and Magibowser. By the end of 2012, 240 more episodes had been produced - thanks to the significant contributions by cartoonists such as Martin and Valtteri. November of this year saw the release of the massive 34-part serial The Legendary Emrals (255-288), which remains the series' most popular storyline to date. During this time, Ignoritus started production on The Master Plan (662-673), which wasn't finished until May 2014, by Valtteri.

In 2013, Martin and Valtteri quit the production team for a variety of reasons. Knuckles96 had introduced a 'cartoonist rulebook', which was to prevent any offense or controversy: Artists felt restricted in their creativity. Varying disagreements between Knuckles96 and Valtteri (who were the community leaders at the time, and were dealing with forum drama) resulted in the highly controversial episode Valtteri Dies (500, prior to replacement), a slapstick jab at the administrator in question.

Knuckles96's 2015 exile put the webcomic on indefinite hiatus, until Yoshibrothers took over as show-runner, which was short-lived.
Following their unban the following year, Knuckles96 decided to work exclusively on Ace Street, and episodes for TAOK were scarce between this year and 2019. TAOK returned in late 2020, ran entirely by Knuckles96.

Cartoonists

Many animators have joined the production team over the year, most notably Valtteri, Martin and Panda. The team collaborated together for the 2013 special Christmas Time, with the ninth part being Zeus Guy's sole contribution.

Missing Episodes

In October 2013, due to poor archiving, episodes 401-500 were deleted. A massive hunt took place to recover the episodes, mostly by Knuckles96 and Cloud, who managed to recover 86 of the 100 missing episodes. The remaining fourteen are believed to be lost forever, as none of the original Imgur links could be retrieved, and would have expired by April the following year.

The Vikings 3 / 4 (423, 424)

Hahaha Koopa the Quick! That was a funny comic. Also, for some reason the last column of panels doesn't show up on this forum. Not sure if it's a problem with my browser or screen. The forum simply refuses to stretch the image and make it fit I guess.

That's because the forum's theme has the user information on the right, I think. I just drag the image to a new tab so I can read the comic properly.

I could modify the postbox so it displays scrollbars when something overflows.

These seem to be some spicy comics, extraordinarily humorous and enjoyable to read. I've been keeping up with the episodes, and am surely looking for more. Good luck.
