What is, or was, SORA?

I've read on a few older topics around the SMBX forums, as well as on the IRC, and there's one thing that appears on occasion - something about a "SORA team" that deleted Knux's forum and caused changes in the SMBX community. I tried googling around to find out what this SORA was, but to no avail, it's evaded me this time. Up to this point, I don't know what SORA is or was.
What is, or what was, SORA, and how did it affect the SMBX community?

SORA was a group formed by Nien, Ragont, RDV (I think), and Raster (lightray/Pixy) in early January of 2013. I joined shortly after its creation amidst the formation of protests around Knux's Forum. Our goal was to get Knux to step down from his administrator position; it had nothing to do with deleting his forum and it ended up not really changing anything. I left the group once I realized it would be a better option for me to work things out with Knux by myself. He was more willing to listen to me individually rather than if I was associated with that group, and it was a better way to preserve my reputation as well.
SORA ultimately failed, but it was a learning experience.

Yet, some of them are still here trying to start things against other users.

What, how? Nien isn't doing anything, neither is RDV, and Raster is banned.

Was it another user that's well known here, like 8bitmushroom, or SuperiorStar? AND JUST FOR REFERENCE, I'm not accusing anyone, I just used them as examples.

I've heard about SORA, and I don't think 8bit was involved in it. Superiorstar joined the community in June or July of last year I'm pretty sure, so I don't even think he was around when SORA was a thing.

He is banned. It just doesn't show him as banned because Valtteri set it that way to prevent an uproar. Same with BlueOak btw.
And he would 100% not be inactive if he weren't banned because I talk to him on a daily basis lmao.

Yeah he wasn't. It wasn't even around when I came here. (BTW I came here in April 2014)
