Is Lunadll Capable of voice clips?

Don't you know how the super mario advance games have voice clips? Well i'm wondering i'm they are possible to put in with lunadll please let me know!

Yes, it is, with specific memory addresses (Such as the time for hit invulnerability) you could trigger a voice clip.
