Other Information: I tried to do this graphic request once, and Squishy Rex locked it... But he showed me a forum on how a graphic request is SUPPOSED to be done. I hope I've gotten it right this time (PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THIS TOPIC), so someone PLEASE do this for me, I tried getting it by myself, but there were some errors with it...

EDIT: Multiple graphic packs can be submitted by different people. I will choose the best one to use.
