Pokemon Gen 3 Blizzard background

I'm not sure if this has been made before or not, but my request is this.
I have been searching high and low for the sprite sheet for blizzards attack animation from the gen 3 Pokemon games. To explain it a little bit better, when blizzard is used in those games, there is an animation in the background showing a flurry of snow. Those who have played will know what I'm talking about. For the life of me, I cannot find any ripped sheets of this background with all of its different layers depicted on the sheet as well (considering it's an animated background I cannot find a sheet that had a still image of each part of the animation). It is upsetting because I KNOW it exists somewhere (I had it on my old computer) and I really wanted to use it in a project I'm working on. I was wondering if anybody could help me look for what I've described. You don't even have to make it a background. Just if anyone can help find the sheet I would greatly appreciate it!
