They've given it out for free before, mainly because by Nintendo standards, it's not that good.

I picked this up for free two years ago or whatever when they gave it for free. I think I played it once and never touched it again.

This. The GameCube one was brilliant. I don't own a 3DS, but I did play Four Swords on the GBA and it was pretty cool.
