I'm hoping to make a couple levels that have wind effects that can move the player throughout the level as well as any tornado graphics. Enemies, effects, anything with such weather effects help!

I have the SMB3 Tornado graphic in my GFX Pack and there is a LunaLUA script that moves the player in a simulation of having wind in a level, similar to that in NSMBWii.

Oh that's really cool, should I download all the versions or does each one stuff from the previous versions?

Okay that's what I did. I haven't found any smb3 graphics for wind, but I found the cloud enemy from NSMBWii

Sorry, that was a mistake in wording on my part. "Everything" meant it has all of my graphics. You'll find the tornado in SMB3 - Enemies - Tweester.

The Kirby's Adventure tornado enemy is ripped/revamped by me in this pack.

How would I get the LunaLUA script to work possibly?

I would reccommend talking to Kevsoft, he's pretty much been developing it himself and he should be able to show you what to do. I'm not up-to-date with all of this Luna stuff, so unfortunately I can't help you there.
