Even if this is real, no need for the unnecessary swears. However, I've seen those screenshots before, which were linked to a fake SMBX 1.4. Chances are this is the remnants of good ol' April Fools Day that most people would have missed being on a smaller forum. Sorry guys.

I also saw the screenshots from a fake 1.4 way back in the day.

It doesn't even have the New Great Castle Adventure and Super Mario Star Expedition.

I think you meant page 2, but I'm not downloading SMBX 1.3.0.1 or 0.2. If there was legit proof like say a video then I'll believe it, because video playback is a lot harder to fake, and most people could not be bothered making a believable video. Most of that is extremely easy to make Paint.NET and the screenshots of the NPCs tabs are from a Fake SMBX 1.4 Video.

Besides most of that will eventually be possible in PGE or VSMBX, so it's no great loss to know this is fake.

EDIT: Also if this is real then why are the bottoms of all of the NPCs tabs cut off? That looks more like bad photo-shopping to me.

It's all fake. Most of the screenshots (which are from the fake smbx 1.4 video) were took by me from some place I don't remember (the images were uploaded a lot of time ago). The others were put by h2643.
The download only contains an exe renamed badly by me. There are also lunadll, lunalua and some gfx packs.

I must admit, you guys put some serious work into this, to actually make this look a little more legitimate. I'll let you guys make me a fake SMBX 1.4 any day. You really should post some of things that were "updated" on the PGE forums in the suggestions topic. Some of those things would make great additions.
