Small Errors

In the header, there's a weird line at the top of the text while hovering the cursor over the forum link:
This only occurs with the forum link; the others work fine.
In the first category table, there's a border line at the top which strangely doesn't appear in the other categories:

I'm using the latest Internet Explorer. I get those on my acer laptop which is running chrome as well.

I'm not experiencing this error at all, actually. And the words don't look as blurred as they do here. I'm running Chrome, so is it a browser issue?

The border line also appears on the Quick Reply box, forgot to mention.

it's a browser issue because i use fennekin and these errors don't show up to me neither.
