Animating Background and Blocks For a Train Level

i'll be Short and right to the point on this one I am looking for some to animate a background and couple blocks for a train level I am gonna be making for my project I want the blocks and the back ground to give off the feeling of fast movement just like on a train, I want the blocks to replace lava as well
here the blocks and Background I would like animated please and thank you to who ever could do it

Well, I gave it a shot. However, you see, one of the dunes in the BG isn't complete and I needed it for the other frames, so tried to fix it myself, you may not like it. And also I had to extend the sky a little bit (the height of the original BG and the replacement didn't match so yeah). Still I kinda liked it, I hope that works for ya! Also, the BG replaces SMW cave and the "blocks" replace SMB3 lava.
