Also the feet kinda look like wheels so erm uh it's kinda hard to articulate how I'd make them into a shoe-shape D: just look at the SMB3 Goombas I guess

They don't look to bad, I might use them sometime. All I can suggest
is that you add more shading and make them slightly thinner around the
top of the head. Other than that
I think they look perfectly usable.

...but yeah there is some practice to be done, and it's entirely possible to do better than this. :P

I will probably fix these later. Now that I look at it, I think they all have fat rolls.

I would make the feet have rounded corners on the outside-bottom, and make the diagonal part where the face goes to the body more sombrero-shaped (see the smb3 Goomba to see what I mean). The variety of colors does make this very useful

They could benefit of a little more shading.
