Every single background--all the blocks--and even most of the NPCs, minus Bowser whom I'm too lazy to edit into one of the SMBX Bowser bosses! It's all here!
...Then again there's only like 6 enemies and maybe 4 or 5 blocks anyway lol
But who cares, it looks great because the pipes are SMB3 styled for no reason! That obviously makes this pack instantly 10/10, so go get it!

EDIT: you missed lava water (it's just a red recolor of regular water).

Unfortunately I couldn't find the colors for those. I know I was missing that, but it's a shame I couldn't find it. Looking at some videos, it's actually this yellow color, and it looks like some orange is actually the middle part because the palette doesn't fit quite right on it.

i remember this game! its really hard cause the floors are slippery. but nice gfx overall.
