This is another pretty good level! You certainly know how to make Marios, Mario_Maker!

The gimmick is implemented well and the dragon coins are in clever locations. You even increased the NPC variety (albeit by, like, two enemies).
Anyway, the biggest problem with this level (yes, even bigger than the fact that this is even
shorter than your previous level) is the sound effect you use to indicate the switching. I know that it's the "Switch" sound effect, but it's very jarring and plays constantly throughout the level, even before the player can even see the switch blocks and even after the player gets the goal tape. Even if you argue that the player can get used to the sound effects, which is entirely possible, there's not nearly enough content here for that to happen. I recommend using a softer sound effect, like Block Hit, Shell Kick, Skid, Thwomp, etc.
Summary:
GOOD:
-Graphics aren't terrible.
-Music fits the level well.
-Block placement is done nicely.
-Dragon coins are in clever locations.
BAD:
-Level is really short (~1 min.)
--THAT CONSTANT SWITCH SOUND EFFECT.
In conclusion: While this level has less flaws than the previous one, there's also less level here to begin with. However, it's still quite enjoyable for what it is. I'd say this deserves a 6/10.
