I really love how Super Mario Maker is shaping up.
There's a lot you can do without having to sit and program and learn a bunch of coding.
SMBX has things about it that are cool, but when i think of something i want to do, i feel blocked by my lack of knowledge and my inability to comprehend programming.

SMM on the other hand has it's pros about it that i love.
Only thing frustrating me about SMM, is the lack of options for customized graphics.

I will say this.
Those NES SMB1 styled graphics like the thump and bob-omb and boos are pretty spot on to what they made in SMM.
And for those saying there would not be outlines, why not check out videos of SMM in action, he has got them pretty accurately.
Go watch YouTube videos of Nintendo Treehouse playing SMM and you will see just how accurately he has the boos and thumps and even bob-ombs.
Also you can just as well look at these, and see that Nintendo has done outlines on SMB1 styled graphics before as well
