Holy hell its been so long since I've been online.
Anyways, there's bound to be a few people who are pretty old and have taken or are taking the test(s) soon. Like the title says, any thoughts of these tests? How did you do? How did you prepare for it? Opinions and thoughts appreciated.
Also it makes me a little sad that SMBX is dead and VSMBX is replacing it. Ah hell. gg

Don't Forget PGE (Platformer Game Engine - @Wohlstand).
About the tests in General, my thoughts are... they are for the first timers a real pain since you can't really imagine as of what is going on over there but once you get it over with you won't have to deal with it for a while. After a while you probably Forget it already and if you are doing some similar tests again (or something entirely different) it pretty much have the same result by encountering them but not exactly by the test's results (unless differency).

Well, I just took the ACT on Tuesday. It sucked, but I got through it thank goodness. Lasted four hours, but I think I did good on it.

I'm going to take the SAT next Saturday (March 14). It's pretty stressful, but I think I'll do well enough on it.
Standardized tests are generally bullshit though.

One of the guidelines was that if someone's phone or watch went off during the test, then everyone would be dismissed and have to take it again later on. That part really scared me haha.

What? That's not right. If someone's phone or watch goes off,
they're dismissed. Not everyone.

Uuuugh, I hated that part. It's like they don't realize that some people have self-control and/or have their phone turned off.

Although it's not mandatory for me because I'm not in school or anything of the sort, I'll probably be taking the SAT because my grandmother thinks I'm borderline retarded and she wants to know how knowledgeable I actually am.

I haven't taken either yet, and it's the only legitimate standardized test I've heard of in terms of being useful.

For the guys that did take it or are going to take it, how did you/how are you gonna prepare for it? For how long? I'm sorry if I'm asking too much, I just need some opinions.
