Well this has been annoying me since I found out about it today: ^ What colors are this dress? White and gold? Or blue and black? No one can agree.

According to this article http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/dr ... ld-5243210 we're all right because our eyes are overreacting or something. I personally think the dress is white and gold, but the lighting is bad so it looks blue and black. What do you think?

I understand that it's probably blue and black in real life, but it absolutely looks white and gold in this photo.

It's funny how I literally didn't know about this until my friend messaged me on facebook today and was all like "omgg what color does the dress have??" and I was like "wat" and literally two seconds later people next to me started talking about it. So idk to me it looks black & blue, but apparently to some people (interestingly mostly people with glasses) it looks gold & white.

That being said, there's already fanart of it, as you would expect.

It's always been blue and black for me AND VINYL. Then we went to look at it again and it changed to white and gold, then we went back to look at it and it's blue and black. The dress itself is blue and black, the reason why it changes color is because the picture was taken with a shitty quality phone camera in horrible lighting conditions so that the peak where the light hits the black yellows it and washes out the contrast so it appears gold, the same happening with the blue. I was looking at it today and if you look closely, the black, in the brightest spot, is yellowed, and the blue is pretty light in itself, so I'm sure you can imagine a trick of the light washing out the contrast to make it appear gold and white.

Not sure why everybody is flipping their shit over it. Yeah it's weird and all that, but it's just science...?

Honestly, I have no clue though, My mom showed me it on her phone and I saw White/Gold, but on here I saw Blue/Black.
