SMBX Don't Open

I have this problem 1 year. My SMBX don't want to be opened on the my computer. I tried to re-download it again, but the result was the same - it doesn't opening. I tried to download the SMBX on the my laptop and it opened without any problems. I have Windows 7 on the computer and the laptop.
Also here's a screenshot of the problem:
Please, help me, because I haven't much time to work with the SMBX on the laptop.

Your problem is still incredibly vague for anyone to help you. Has SMBX ever worked on this computer? What are its specs? Where have you saved/installed it? Have you tried running as an administrator?

try right clicking and open as administrator

1.Yes, SMBX was working before.
2.I don't know what the specs is.
3.In the Disc C:

Problem is fixed. This can be locked.
