This CAN'T be classified as art, each one of those drawings are horrible, the colors, the lined, everything, i think you can improve, but from what i've seen in the past from you, i think not

This art is really, uh...not good, I guess. I also don't consider SpongeBob meme images "art".
I would suggest improving your posting style as well.
