UNOFFICIAL REVIEW of OUTLINE WOODY by ANDIALIFBATARA
Design (6.5/10)
This was a level inspired by "Neon Flare" right down to the music. The moving platforms were a cool idea but the spike traps had the same problem as in your other level, "Subcon Masquerade" in that they don't give you any indication before changing. The open section was also very confusing.
Atmosphere (10/10)
This level was trippy goodness. The neon graphics were great and the music fit very well. This level looked even better than Neon Flare (sorry Epoch)
Other Comments: tfw i die rite b4 rteh midpoint ;-;
Overall 8.25/10 (Pretty Good)
A step above your other levels, this level was highly enjoyable. Well done!

Thanks for your UNOFFICIAL REVIEW!
I think you're good for reviewing a level, why you don't be a judge level?

You're welcome
Also idk. You could have submitted this into a contest, it would have done well!

Outline Woody - Reviewed by Kep
Design - 4
Unique level, with its share of bugs. Its length was not too short or long, so that's good. On a negative note, the music was crazy-loud and annoying, and really didn't fit the level very much. The background didn't fit very well; you could have made it look like the rest of the level. The ending goal frame had 1x1 pixels. You used just about every single enemy in SMBX's stock (remember, there's a difference between an enjoyable level with a good enemy variety and an overdone level with about every enemy in stock). I think the Toad could have been recolored to look like the rest of the level. There was hardly anything interesting about the level (besides the wood-and-spike switching gimmick that was only used once--seriously, use it more, I loved that) and the moving layers were either obnoxiously slow or unfairly fast. Sorry, but design-wise, this level wasn't very good. You still have the Placement and Atmosphere categories to redeem yourself, though. Let's see how you do.
Placement - 5
The placement was about average. As I said earlier, you used about every single enemy in SMBX's stock, and this makes the level look more like a mini-episode featuring everything in one, not a level. Speaking of enemies, sometimes, you put too much. As for pipes, you put too little most of time, but also, you put too much in certain parts. In terms of question blocks/bricks there was almost nothing, which, you know, is bad. There were too much coins in sections 2, 5, and 8. You offered just enough BGO-wise, so good job on that. But even then, the placement wasn't very good.
Atmosphere - 9
I would have given this a ten if you didn't ruin the atmosphere by sometimes adding too much pipes. Also, the Bullet Bills were ugly. I know this was probably your intention, though. All in all, the atmosphere was great. Loved the transparent and outlined things. BGOs were just right. Didn't like the background, though. It didn't match with the level.
Overall - 6
Pretty good level, but it has a lot of flaws design-wise and placement-wise.
(I'll happily re-review this if you update it.)

What is it with you and pipes ;-;
Also I loved the background. Good review though!

The pipes... It doesn't really matter to me if there are like less than 30 pipes on a non-pipe level.

Pipes are just like coins, question blocks/bricks, enemies, and BGOs. Can't put too much and can't put too little.

My review wasn't official, but I use the review approval system where every time I review something, I send my review to TNTtimelord/Layla and he decides (with the other LJs) whether or not to approve it.

When did I say I didn't like the transparent things? All I didn't like was the Bullet Bill.
