Yes it is. Also, it has the ability to shoot fire from it's eyes if you set it up.
When it uses the attack it may scar you for life from the creepiness...

Joke aside, this is a well made graphic and it is nice that you went through the effort to make it 2x2 pixels right here. Nice work with this graphic!

To be honest, I never knew about that game/movie/image/etc.. Which means FanofSMBX surely took it from that... or it can be anyone else.
Still a nice graphic to utulize though.

I've heard good things about Ultima 7, if you're into western RPGs then you'll probably like it.

You messed up the mask, because the night sky in the head's "square" of graphic is a different color.

To create a normal, working mask, the white part of the mask must be true white (#FFFFFF), and the black part of the main graphic must be true black (#000000). Either one or both aren't right, so that's why it looks like that.
