It's actually a de-make of the NSMBDS World 1 map, yeah.

The spaces remind of the old Mario Party games. Oh how I miss the original N64 styled ones.

Why is no one commentating on my works up there?

@LordKofu: This Looks very nice, although I would of recommended to add more sceneries around it and also add animated Waters of waves because from what I see right now is just Kind of dull. Still, it Looks nice for being very simplistic.

Actually, people rarely do comment on other people's work. When they comment, is because someone commented before.

This community (not everyone, but most) has a serious feedback problem.

I don't have flash installed and can therefore not watch youtube videos embedded on this website. And since all your works you post here are either videos or the same touhou satanic bullshit we've seen from you since forever and which has been commented back in screens thread 2-4, there isn't really a lot I can say.
However:

Pretty standard desert map you got there. I can't see anything wrong with it, however, there's also nothing remarkable about it.

You honestly dont have to feedback if you're not interested.
The only time I actually feed back is it the screenshot strikes me as interesting!

You're not going to get feedback if you cant even manage to grab the viewers attention.

so by that logic
literally almost ALL MY STUFF THAT DIDNT GET MORE THAN 12 COMMENTS,
like, didn't strike you as interesting? K noted I must have magically been a terrible graphic designer 2 years ago even though I'm p sure I was as good as I am now if not better so uh

And I didn't said people are forced to feedback if they're not interested.

Look around and you will see: sometimes (not all the time, and a bit rarely), only overrated people obtain feedback, without something really impressive.

And also, there are people who find something really interesting, but don't even try to comment, and when those people post something, they want feedback (I'm not generalizing, before someone attack me because didn't interpreted correctly).

Getting feedback is the way you know, what you can change and stuff. If nobody ever gives you feedback how will u know whats good whats bad?

Ofcourse everyone is going to want feedback. Also how do you know people find something interested yet don't comment on it? There's no way you could know.
And those '' overrated '' people receive feed back because they're work is interesting, thats why they seem overrated.

I basically said people don't care about giving feedback to others. And then want feedback.
Radishl wrote:Also how do you know people find something interested yet don't comment on it?
It's the most previsible thing. And remember that I'm not talking about everyone.

Did you even read the whole phrase?

Let's stop discussing this shit. It's not like something would change.

No much to say, but in my opinion, you should use only one type of pillar. Maybe mixing the SMB3 pillar with the torch from the SMW one (IDK if it's going to work)... well, do what you think it's better. Also, these bricks around the podoboo are BGOs? If yes, they don't look really like BGOs.

Agreed. I'd suggest keeping the SMB3 pillars, because the SMW ones don't work as well here, mostly due to the lack of outlines. Same for the brick BGOs, guess making those a bit darker would help. Otherwise, it looks pretty neat.

Also here's something SMW:

Wow! Looks good! I think that you need to replace this tree bgo with something else.

WIP. It's the first level from something I'm making. I think I'm gonna change the switch to a underground section.
