That honestly looks amazing! The design seems fun and I love your choice of graphics. Keep it up!

DS backgrounds don't really fit in 16-bit levels. You should change that background with something else.

Idk, seems kind of empty. The only noticeable neat thing is that the rotobugs (correct me on their name if I'm wrong) replace koopas, which is a nice touch. I would recommend adding a lot more scenery to this.
