I read about this on tumblr earlier. While I'm not that much into TF2 videos, I know that he was a great artist and that many people will be extremely devastated by his passing. My condolences :(

kitty0706 is the guy that made Team Fabulous 2, he's also a really famous GModder.
TotalBiscuit is The Cynical Brit. He does lots of game reviews, he's pretty famous on YouTube, and his main series is pretty much "WTF Is...", which is really nice and informative. He also has cancer like kitty0706 had, but it's not leukemia.
