You cannot create a topic in Episodes

Which poses a problem, since it seems that you're supposed to submit episodes directly by posting a topic there, unlike standalone levels. Could an admin fix this?

I think you submit it to levels, and if the episode topic looks reasonable, it's moved to episodes.

Sorry this was never clarified, but yes, you do submit episodes. This is subject to change, but right now that's what it is. Basically what Snow said.
Besides the SMB3 remake, every other topic was posted by an admin (ability to post without approval). If you have any further questions, PM me. I'll lock this topic since the issue was answered. I'll try to also clarify submitting episodes as well soon.
