Super Mario Bros. X Forums

I just thought I would stop by and say hello to the wonderful community here.

So my name is Michael and I am from the UK. I discovered Super Mario Bros X for the very first time a few days ago and I actually have bossedit8 to thank for this. I first discovered his Youtube channel when I was looking up Mario Builder videos, a builder I have been using only for a short while but have since downloaded this one so I am still yet to learn all about it and what it is capable of doing. I have always had such an interest in making my own platform games and so finding Mario X without any doubt, has to be my greatest discovery I have ever made. I am excited to be here to get to know each and every one of you and play lots of user made levels. For the time being I spend a lot of time just experimenting and trying out new things in the editor to get an overall feel for the system. I have still never made a proper Mario level or Overworld as of yet, so I have quite the journey to embark on!

Hello and Welcome to the Forums. I am @bossedit8 who makes Levels, Episodes and even Videos based on SMBX and sometimes Mario Builder, Touhou, ZSNES Emulators and rarely more.

It is nice that someone found my Channel up while I am doing mostly SMBX Videos for entertainment.

Very nice to meet you! I have watched a lot of your videos and I just want to say that I really admire your talent in level design and your skills when playing. Keyboard controls are not the easiest but I think I do pretty well with them!

I Play SMBX for over 4 Years and learned everything about the whole functionality into it.

Do not worry. I do Play with my Keyboard all the time. Getting used to it takes a while of course especially for the Newcomers but sooner or later by doing this often you will get better with the whole Controls and in the Editor that gives to you.
