Hmm, I saw more time ago a Lakitu that instead be a Lakitu, he's moving in mode horizontal and no as a very Lakitu. I felt to making this one, but I could not do it, the why I don't know. Well, the horizontal Lakitu as is possible??? How I do it? Well, thanks to reply at this thread.

No, I make a example. Well, do you remeber your episode "Mario Time Bros."? Well, in the 2-1 (I know) there is a Lakitu that instead moves as a Very Lakitu, he moves horizontally. I know that the normal Lakitus moving in a "chase-mode", whereas this type moves only horizontal. Well, my quest is this: How do it?
I hope that you understand now, if you don't understand again, tell me. Thanks.

It is not possible to make a Lakitu that moves only in a straight horizontal line in my knowledge.

Yes it is, I played a level the other day with a "true to SMB3" Lakitu. If I can find it again I'll find out how it was done.
EDIT: Ask Valtteri, he used one in his level "SMB1 Snow and Water" from Mushroom Robbers - Revisited.

This doesn't work for me with either the SMB3 or SMW Lakitus.

It is possible to make the Lakitu just fly horizontaly. You just Need to put a perfect amount of height at the top of the Screen and it also has to be a "no moving up and down Level's Boundary" type Level like in SMB.

Hang on - I think it is possible to make a horizontal Lakitu using NPC codes. Although I haven't made one yet for my project, I THINK that in order to do it, you need to make a TXT file for npc-168 (Bully) and insert the nogravity=1 and noblockcollision=1 codes, and then place it in the level with Friendly set to "Yes" so it's the Lakitu that damages the player and not the Bully. Then, I think you make it invisible and then you put the Lakitu in its own layer and then you attach the Bully to this layer. That way, it will move horizontally. It's just like the Mother Brain attach to layer event which Chad used in SMSE, but with different motives.

Lakitu can't be attached to Bully or any other NPC.
As Squishy Rex stated, a level of mine had a Lakitu that didn't move vertically at all. I honestly didn't even know what caused it. But yeah, it's possible.

Oops, I meant attaching the Bully to the Lakitu layer. Is that possible, and if so, will it result in a horizontal Lakitu?

Most NPCs can't be moved by events or layer attachment. The only NPCs that can be moved like that are coins, vines, Donut Blocks, the conveyor belt, Piranha Plants, the Rinka Shooter and Mother Brain. In addition, some NPCs, such as all the power-ups, can be moved as long as their layer is disabled.
Lakitu, however, cannot be attached to Bully or the other way around.
