Fixed? What fixed? Well, the scene is basicly... Not right. Here's the real one from smb3 all stars:

If you still don't see it, compare it with the original one in the SMBX/graphics/scene folder.

I can't say I actually ever noticed it was wrong in the first place, but I can see it now you've mentioned it. That's a nice pick-up right there.
