I'm not native English and I'm only at 1st year of high school, but honestly I think I can use it well, at least when I write (maybe I should improve my spoken English)

My English is pretty solid (duh). I just sometimes fail at prepositions and correct tense (English has so many of them)

Looks like there's more non-english speakers than english speakers, wow
In my case I'm also in that group, my native language is spanish, along several idioms of my country
I'm still learning english, and I don't think I'm that bad in it

Filipino is my native language; English, however, is commonly used here in the Philippines so I have no problems with English.

Not a native speaker but I think I do speak it well enough. I have proper grammar for most of the time and I can understand the majority of the videos I watch. My pronouncation has some issues though.

I am German and use (also here) the English that I learned at school. I also use Google's translator.

English and French are two of my native languages. I know a little Spanish from a friend, but that's about it.

That and Google Translate is pretty limited grammar wise. It can't derive grammar and syntax in certain languages, and there's only so many words that are verified correct.
