Public Enemy #1 is Toon Link from SSBB.(Fucking Hate Him!)
Public Enemy #2 is Toad, I just don't like him, he's got that douche bag face.
Public Enemy #3 is Yoshi, ever since we met in SMW I just didn't like him and it brought me joy to throw him off cliff.

1. Peach <---- why? She is the biggest idiot on the world how does she keep getting kidnapped
2. Toad <----- come one there are so many Toads and they never do something
3. Sanic <----- 2fast4you
4. Motorized Patriots from Bioshock Infinite <---- those dudes with those freaking guns
5. Sirene from Bioshock Infinite <---- took me like 2-4 hours to beat her due she always brings back dead guys
6. Tank from L4D and L4D2 <------ he throws you right round
7. Stalker from Half-Life 2 Series <----- yeah sure they look normal but in Gmod they are used so much to scream you in the horror maps which makes them annoying
8. Stupid people from TES Skyrim <----- everygoddamntime someone runs into me and says something stupid and deserves to get killed
9. Punk Infected from DI <----- they just go towards you and everytime you wanna hit them they slay you down to the ground.

10. Noobs/Idiots/Bad Players Overall <----- Nobody likes those kids from today who think they are the pro at the game and then suck balls and bring shame on the team doesn't matter which game.

5. Meta Knight - He has no reason to be in Kirby because it's literally the silhouette of Kirby just with armor. Not to mention he's irritating as [CENSORED] to actually defeat. Pity to you.
4. Waluigi - He's just a floater who apparently is on Wario's side, but frankly he seems to be on no one's side ESPECIALLY as he never appears in Wario games (you'd think he'd be playable or something).
3. Knuckles -A red headed unrealistic supposed creature who occasionally helps Sonic. I have no idea why I despise this dude but every time I see his face I spit at the television.
2. Mario - He abuses his brother and Yoshi.
1. Toad - *Mario sees a Toad* "HELP ME TOAD!" he said. The Toads sit there and say "I'LL HELP YOU" but all they're doing is RUNNING AROUND IN LIKE A CHICKEN WITH HIS HEAD CUT OFF BEING IN A PANIC BUT NOT RUNNING ANYWHERE FOR HELP.

1.Peach - her rule is to not let Mario to the party,because thats how princesses are terrible.
2.Boo Cloud (SMW) - why,are,they,so,annoying?
3.Baby daisy - because she appears nowhere except for Mario Karts.

5.Yoshi.Completely does nothing without a quest and normally Mario jumps off the yoshi and dies.

Here's my list. It's not ranked though. I'll come up with more later..
1. Toad: Everytime I play as Yoshi in Mario Kart he keeps killing me and I end up in 2nd or 3rd.
2. Peach: She keeps getting kidnapped by someone! And when I save her I only get a kiss!
3. Shadow: He's an arrogant! That's why!!
4. Hammer Bro: The second before I land on his head I get hit by a Hammer!
5: Amy: She can't realize that Sonic doesn't like her!!

1. Quick Man Lasers: I just can't get past them!
2. Common Wild Pokémon: They just cause stress for catching the rare ones.
3. Rippers: You can stand on them in Smbx, yet you can't in Metroid. Redigit logic.
4. Goombas: Hardest enemy ever.
4. Blue orbs: These guys just make The World's Hardest Game the world's hardest game.
5. Dungeon Guardians: These guys scare me everytime I go into the dungeon without defeating Skeletron.

Strange, I see no many really annoying people here at all. I really don't think there's anything bad with the majority of the enemies and characters mentioned in here, but if I do have a problem is with the following characters, which are really annoying that I simply can't stand them.

1. Oracle (God Of War) - Her mere role was to annoy me while I was trying to save her, and how does she pay me, dying, it was really worthless all of my tries and efforts I put on it and I seriously regret to have met such an annoying character.
2. Ashley Graham (Resident Evil 4) - Those who have played it knows who I'm talking about, this girl sucks. All she has been doing is annoy the main character, her voice and her acts did nothing to help Leon out, and practically, what annoyed me the most it is the melodramatic voice she has, not even a mirror wouldn't survive to her voice.
3. Red Falcon, Demon Emperor Gyaba (Contra III: Allien Wars) - Only those who managed to get to the final boss knows this guy. It's the final boss of almost every Combat game, and it's specially hard on Combat III: Allien Wars. You practically have to defeat allien worms that come out from his arms, and then proceed to attack his eyes while a bunch of enemies spam out from his arms after you defeat them, that on NORMAL MODE. I really don't suggest this fight to those with problems and ragequit.
4. Ghoul (Ghoul's Forest) - There's nothing I could hate more than a god-damn jumpscare of a creepy face with a really loud scream, they are not scary, they are just random and you never know when they will pop up because you in majority don't see the ghoul coming, you just hear it, but that doesn't help at all.

That's all I can remember from my travels through gaming, I might post more if I remember more or find more.

I could easily name a lot of characters that had no effort put into them. As for the ones that did, though...

10. Samus Aran is awesome in theory, but disappointing as an written character.
9. Waluigi: This is a character that, while I didn't like him at first, could benefit from being fleshed out as a major character in perhaps one of the AlphaDream RPGs, or something else entirely. He could be also potentially branch out like Wario has with his minigame-type IPs and Wario Land. As it stands, Waluigi has to contend with being an extra. Moreover, where Wario is a brute, I can picture Waluigi to be a connivingly evil type of character and Mario is lacking in villains like that—most of his enemies are strong and heavy and physically intimidating. So Waluigi's not inherently bad... in fact, I'd say he's underused.
8. Ashley Williams in Mass Effect. What a racist. I don't like her.

6. Bowser Junior. He's such an unimaginative, uninspired character that takes screen time away from the koopalings that were given far more personality before he even existed.
5. The Imprisoned in Skyward Sword.
4. Travis Touchdown. This is another case of love the game, hate the character. However, I don't recall thinking that he was badly written. I just recall thinking he's a douchenozzle.
3. Metroids. They are by FAR THE MOST ANNOYING ENEMY I'VE EVER FOUGHT IN ANYTHING EVER
2. Vanille and all of her incarnations/clones, with the possible exception of Selphie who, as a trope, probably wasn't done to death at the time.
1. Alia. I'm not opposed to the character outright but the fact that the MegaMan X series would just throw characters like these at you with no introduction was very jarring and weird. Furthmore, for several games, X had gone without ANY helper-type characters introducing you to stuff you could just observe on the screen. I don't know why Capcom all of a sudden decided that their core fans needed the concepts in the gameplay explained to them in interruptions. It's ridiculous. I hate this type of mechanic in almost any game I'm playing whatsoever, and it usually causes me to direct my rage at the source character.

1. Goomba (Mario series) : You know they're so stupid. you just stomp them then they died. And they're not strong.
2. Toad (Mario series) : Some people hate these mushroom humans, i hate them too. Why can't they protect the kingdom? I only like him in super mario strikers charged. His special is great and fast.
3. Yuga (A Link Between Wordls) : This guy looks like a woman. And it's hard to beat him in hero mode.
4. Imprisoned ( Zelda SS). This guy isn't hard, but annoying.
5. Re Deads ( Zelda series). I hate redeads, especially in twilight princess. They're scary and strong. But actually, they're nice enemies in twilight princess.
6. Sonic. For some reasons, i hate sonic. Idk why. Maybe he's little annoying ( Like "you're too slow")
7. Ghost, Poes ( Zelda Series), they're annoying.
8. Skulltulla ( Zelda Series), those spiders are really creepy. Like in OOT and TP. I really hate spiders in real life.
9. Waluigi (Mario series), i don't like him, because he's arrogant and stupid. Wario is better.
10. Peach (Mario series), why is she always kidnapped by bowser? She can fight in super smash bros. Why not she protects herself?
