{Thread Updated - 5/25/14}
I've always found animating GIFs pretty interesting. It's not a hard process and I do it pretty much when I bored. Every so often I will add more GIFs to the thread, but here is my gallery of what I have animated so far. Feel free to use them for your own personal use. Credit would be appreciated, but no needed, I just animated these, I didn't create them. In the future, I might create my own sprites and animate them myself, but that's just a thought.
Earthbound
Mario
User-Requested
Ganon requested by Murphmario

Again, I will continue to add new GIFs to the thread. Feel free to use them for whatever you want. I think I got pretty close to the actual framespeed of the original. Feel free to leave a spritesheet or request an animated GIF and I'll try to make it for ya.
Now that I updated the thread I will now add new GIFs to the list more frequently. Feel free to use them for whatever you want. I tried to get them as close to the actual framespeed used in game and I hope that I got close enough. I aware that some of them might be animated to move a little bit more quickly. I'll be happy to fulfill user requests and now that I'm updating the thread I will fulfill any user requests that I had not paid attention to or completed. Feel free to leave your own spritesheet or make a request and I will try my best to make it.

I admire these individuals. It seems like something you'd stumble upon in a Super Nintendo game with the semi-good quality.
I'd just like to mention that the Piranha Plant .GIF has a pipe under him. I'd remove it because the pipe itself doesn't animate, therefore it's unfitting.
Perhaps the monkey would get more appealing it you modified it a bit by adding some shading, whether or not you're ripping the original thing. He frankly seems hideous.
The trashcan has a unique concept; I've personally never seen anything like it. Kind of unrealistic but I see what you're thinking.
Those Boos are particularly exquisite. Perfect hues with flawless animation, just the definition of a .GIF as it is.
That mummy is the king, or at least it seems that way according. Everything about its designing is pretty much impressive.
That duck's beak looks awkward and his whole self looks darn ugly in my opinion. I'm not sure how to correctly criticize its appearance, but that's about all I could eligibly remark.
The snake has a neat color, and I specially adore his faded stripes. His tongue seems to kinda pop down and out, which looks sorta peculiar, but otherwise he's neat.
I'm not sure the name of that dude with the red hat since I dislike Earthbound and barely have any knowledge regarding it, but he looks nice, you added immensely minor details to touch its default.
The Bandit's feet are extraordinarily glitchy; it's practically like he has three feet, running in place like a maniac. Maybe that's how he's supposed to be, alternatively not.
Not much to say about the crystallized ParaKoopa since it's exactly what you'd see from the custom graphic on SMBX. Whether or not, I can't resist saying that I love those sparks on his shell.
The caveman is probably my favorite; it's literally everything you could imagine. What I'm saying is that if I have a dream about me being a cave man, that's almost be what I'd look like.
Super Baby Mario looks slightly odd in my opinion, I think it's caused by the light shading; it could be darker. Also, his diaper is pretty much solid white, nothing much presented.
That Gusty (am I right, meaning that's the proper name) is a cool dude, his sinister - wait! Nothing about him is sinister at all. He's just an innocently grateful ghost that is friendly as ever.
The Super Mario Bros. 2 porcupine guy is fairly satisfying, his face looks anxious and it seems like he could camouflage into snowy grass.
Nothing to say about the gigantic Piranha Plant who apparently abandoned his lonely pipe.
The crocodile beast-like-man is nothing I've ever seen before; it's like visiting the prehistoric times. That's pretty much why I enjoy this thread; because it brings to me to whole other worlds.
Epic job overall, Shade.

Here you go. Let me know if his frame speed/rate needs to be adjusted, let me know your opinion. Maybe Ganon is spinning his trident too slow/fast? Let me know. Please reply if its okay as is so I can add it to the OP.

Can you add SMW Bowser? And make it fly sidewards. (no projectiles are needed there)

I understand you want to...review? Yes, review this stuff but that post was incredibly pointless in terms of length and is mostly you rambling about shit nobody cares about.
3/10 needs work.

Um, can you elaborate a little more on that? Are you trying to say that you want the SMW Bowser flying from one side to the other?
I can do that, where SMW Bowser moves from one side to the other. Or I can also have him still, animated graphic but not moving from side to side, then I can produce the motion using a BBcode, but I don't believe that this forum has that BBcode feature?
Please, elaborate some more on how you would like the animated GIF to look.
Kep, I appreciate your reply but seriously man, that was bullcrap and not needed.

"what the **** am i reading"
Jeez, maybe I was ATTEMPTING at helping you with your sprite development, but apparently you (guys) have no knowledge about looking at something and applying constructive criticism. Perhaps I won't bother your threads anymore since my posts are bullcrap.
I MIGHT, just MIGHT, say that I like the Ganon .gif, and his shading is perfection and his spinning trident is a cool touch, on a positive and on-topic note.

I frequently misuse that term a lot, sure. It comes out of my mouth when something is edited, revised, remade, modified, remodeled, constructed, made, or created. I COULD use it right, but apparently according to my knowledge it seems correct to use it when something is generally "invented".
I have this extraordinarily dumb dictionary that told be development defines expansion, growth, or a new piece of information.

Yeah, the reactions to Kep's post are rather unnecessary and off topic, I mean, I can easily understand why the reaction but it's still not necessary to say.
Nice Gifs though Shade, I know how to make Gifs myself so I won't request any, but fulfilling peoples requests is nice to do.

These look pretty good.I think It would be cool if some of these are for ranks and, theres even some that look like they would fit well for ranks that something like only admins can have.

Kep although I thank you for your criticism, your comment on your secondpost was much better than on your original reply. That is perfect, simple feedback, nothing long & complicated when it comes to feedback Kep. Justva heads up, keep it simple. Also thanks to reghrhre for your feedback. It is quite easy, not hard at all. Hm.. Remember guys these are just ripped by me and then I proceed to animate them, they ARE NOT MINE, I just simply animate them. Please I NO credit neccesary?
I'm beginning to get into spriting my own stuff and maybe I'll animate my upcoming creations.

Probably coz you hit the "Submit" button twice, if that's the case then only press it once no matter how slow the next page seems to be loading, usually your post is posted before it even gets to your post so you don't always need to wait to see your post to assume your post is already posted.
